1. ***Reships/Refunds***

The general rule is that every customer is being taken care of individually.
We always take in to consideration the amount of order made with us/general and how long you’ve been active on DNMs.
First time buyers with us or fresh accounts are not entitled to any reship/refunds.

2. ***FE***

FE means Finalize Early – We only sell via this option. Don’t ask for anything else. We only vend on markets and don’t do private deals.
Finalize Early means you are relasing the funds to us so we can then proceed with sending your package.

3. ***Tracking***

We do not provide tracking codes as simply we don not offer such service in first place.
We are only sending our packages via stamps for yours and our safety. Remember, packages sent by stamps don’t leave any kind of a trace on any system anywhere! Your safety and ours is our top priority and we recommend to never order packages from other vendors who use tracking services.

4. ***Shipping time***

We always aim to send out our packages on the same day as the order was placed, if it was placed before 11am.
Shipping times can vary but please, be prepared for those waiting times:
UK – UK: 1 to 14 days
UK – Europe: 3 – 21 days
UK – Outside of EU: 10 – 60 days

Please, do not contact us about your missing package until the above days has passed since you’ve put your order.

5. ***Address Format***

It is your responsibility to be sure that you’ve provided the right address format for your country. Please, KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Don’t add any extra lengthy stuff if it’s unnecessary
