Q: Where is my Item?

A: It’s likely just been delayed, once marked shipped we send the items off within 24 hours of a usual business day. It will arriev safely, as always, any questions drop us a dm!

Q: My item has not arrived, what should I do?
A: If your item has not arrived within 7-8 days drop us a message and we’ll be able to look into it for you. Please bear in mind, if you don’t contact us within this given period of time we may not have the tracking info still.
